Rabbi Zalman Krems, Kashrus Administrator of Kosher Alef Certification of the Ashkenazi community in Mexico is a student of the Yeshivas Tchebin, Kollel Boston, and the Or Lagola Institute. He served as the founding director of Oregon Kosher, in Portland, OR, and later the Kashrus Administrator of KVH Kosher in Boston, MA. Over the years, he has a served as as a Kashrus Representative and inspector of most Major American Kashrus agencies.
